A LIFE IN TIME

The story behind the farewell.

From first sketches to a final collection, these moments trace the philosophy that shaped Julian Lige.

The principle behind Julian Lige

The Principle That Started Everything

THE PRINCIPLE

In 1992, a young watchmaker from London made a single decision: every timepiece he crafted would be worth its price on the day it shipped, or it would not ship at all. No compromises. No shortcuts. No exceptions. Just craft.

The craft behind Julian Lige watches

When Craft Became Standard

THE CRAFT

By 2005, Julian had refined what others considered impossible: timeless design, reliable movements, and carefully selected materials in timepieces priced for those who valued quality over status. We weren't cutting corners. We were eliminating everything that didn't belong. No unnecessary luxury. No inflated prices. Just exceptional watches.

The circle of men who wore Julian Lige

The Men Who Understood

THE CIRCLE

By 2015, Julian Lige had become more than a name on a dial. Its timepieces found their way to men who shared a single belief: true elegance requires no explanation. They valued quality over status, craftsmanship over trends, and confidence over attention. The circle grew not through noise, but through a shared appreciation for what truly mattered.

The closing chapter of Julian Lige

The Last Chapter

THE CLOSING

In 2026, Julian made his final decision. After 34 years of dedication to timeless design, it was time to close this chapter. To mark the occasion, the Retirement Sale brings an extraordinary farewell offer: Buy One, Get One Free across the collection. A final opportunity to own a piece of the legacy Julian spent a lifetime building. When the last timepiece ships, this chapter comes to an end. No restocks. No second chances.

Just back from Vegas! My new most favorite watch…. My only wish was that the band was a little better/ more solid, it does not match the ‘weight and durability’ feel of the watch itself… but still looks great, the latch is secured and fits great!

Love this watch. It really upped my image and confidence. The latch is just a bit sensitive and come loose quite easily and sometimes threaten to fall off my hand if I am not careful.

I saw the ad on Instagram. Loved the design and the price! Since I received it, all my friends compliment me on what a great watch I have and how expensive it looks. I will definitely buy more.

I love it I keep switching between the blue and the black. Lot of people think it's a Rolex at first.

I'm new to wearing a watch as an accessory. I know that may sound strange but I've only used a fitbit or a basic utility watch before. I'm really enjoying the look and feel of the Monarch and am very happy to have 2 for the price of one. Thank you!

The price seemed to be fair as advertised on Facebook. Now that I have received the watches I had to take a link off the other watch so it would fit on my wrist. It does not come with any extra links and the band is very small.

I work in the marine on ships and for the life of me I cannot get the watch to stay on my wrist. It has a super weak latch on the band that is always opening. I almost lost it over the side of the ship today just pulling lines. How can it be a mariner watch if it can...

The watch is beautiful. It's well-balanced. Just one thing, I need to take one link off. I can't figure out how to use the tool that came with the watch to work. Help. I'm in the process of ordering more watches. Thank you.

Own all 4 Belmont watches mainly due to the fact they are automatics. Fit, appearance, quality, style and weight sold me.
Are the Windsor models ever coming back, if so I’ll order all 4 in a heartbeat!
